Our Mission
OUR MISSION:
The ‘Quin Impact Fund creates positive social change by engaging ‘Quin Members in giving and community engagement, to support mission-driven organizations making a difference in our community by helping those in need.
The 'Quin is committed to affecting change in our local community. Our dedication to doing good while having fun is founded on the idea that we all share the best intentions. The club is a space for members to further their education on important issues. We intend for The 'Quin to be not only a source for education, but a part of the solution.
The 'Quin Impact Fund serves as the basis for club philanthropy and provides grants to non-profit organizations that are making positive contributions to our community. Yet no problem can be solved with money alone – education, organization, and passion must play vital roles also. The 'Quin Impact Fund will organize guest speakers and lecturers to highlight important issues and organizations making a difference. The 'Quin Impact Fund will also provide opportunities to engage members in efforts to transform the community. Whether it’s coordinating ongoing volunteer events or setting up mass donation drives, we will enable our members to find – and enact – the most impactful ways to aid the causes they are passionate about.
We realize many members may have established personal giving, for those who are looking to learn about new causes and give back, we will offer avenues for members to evolve their personal impact. We hope the meeting of the minds and passions of our extraordinary members will help create new solutions to critical issues facing this city where we live, work and play.

We celebrate the creative spirit of our community by supporting organizations across all artistic disciplines — from visual arts and performance to music, literature, and cultural preservation. Our focus is on amplifying diverse voices and ensuring that the richness of our collective heritage is accessible, celebrated, and sustained for future generations.
EARTH 360°
This pillar uplifts the visionaries, scientists, and grassroots leaders tackling the climate crisis from every angle. We invest in efforts to protect and restore our natural environment, promote climate justice, and drive innovation in sustainability — all with the goal of building a healthier, more resilient planet for all.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
We support organizations working to create healthier lives and communities — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether through direct care, preventative programs, or mental health services, this pillar focuses on equitable access to resources that improve well-being and life outcomes across Greater Boston.
YOUTH & EDUCATION
From early childhood through college and career pathways, we champion organizations that nurture and empower the next generation. We invest in programs that close opportunity gaps, promote educational equity, and help young people in Boston thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
EQUITY & OPPORTUNITY
Rooted in a commitment to social and economic justice, this pillar supports organizations that expand access to opportunities for historically marginalized communities. We focus on initiatives that dismantle systemic barriers, foster economic mobility, and promote equity in employment, housing, entrepreneurship, and more.
DISCOVERY & INNOVATION
We believe that the future is shaped by bold ideas and ingenuity. This pillar supports trailblazing entrepreneurs and organizations across sectors such as biotech, clean energy, education technology, and beyond — all working to drive meaningful change and strengthen New England’s innovation ecosystem.
