TECHNOLOGY

The 'Quin House is a social club at heart, a place to disconnect, reconnect, and let the good times roll. As your home away from home, we recognize that the club is also a great place for you to work, take meetings, and network. You may use computers and tablets anywhere in the club from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Phone calls and Zoom calls are permitted in the Living Room and designated phone booths only from 8:00am - 5:00pm. We do ask that by 5:00pm, computers and tablets are stowed away when social activity becomes The 'Quin House's focus. Phone calls after 5:00pm must be taken from a designated phone booth located on all floors. 

Texting is permitted but please have phones on vibrate or silent mode. 

GUEST POLICY

People are what makes a house a home, and we would love to meet your friends and family. Each member may bring up to 3 guests anytime that you visit the club. We just ask that you register them in the member portal so that we can check them in upon arrival. Reservations are required for parties of 4 or more. Parties larger than 10 individuals will need to reach out to our private events team. 

MEDIA & SOCIAL MEDIA 

The ‘Quin House has a strict no press policy for Members. Members are not permitted to speak to the media on behalf of the Club, or about membership, events in and activities related to the Club. Members will be held accountable if they disclose or identify any other Members or Guests who are at The ‘Quin House in any radio, television or online news media (“News Media”), or social media including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Vimeo, Tik Tok and on personal blogs (“Social Media”).

As a Private Members' Club, our Members are asked to kindly refrain from taking or sharing any photos or videos from inside the clubhouse. This guideline protects the privacy of Members and helps us to preserve the building and experience for our Member community. Photography for press and commercial purposes is not permitted in the club. On occasion, The 'Quin House will arrange professional photographers to capture events. In these cases, photos will not be shared outside of active member correspondence.

DRESS CODE

At The 'Quin, we say, “Come as you are.”  Show us your individual style, but our only request is that workout attire be kept to the ground and lower levels.

CHILDREN

The ‘Quin is a club for adults 21 and over. Children ages sixteen (16) and older may accompany their parents as guests for meals at any time and are permitted to stay in the overnight guestrooms as long as the parent is also staying. Children over the age of 6 shall be allowed during specific family programming and weekend brunch in Café Q. Members’ children under the age of twenty-one (21) may only be on the Premises when accompanied by their parent. Members are responsible for the behavior of their children. Certain areas of the Premises may be restricted for anyone under the age of twenty-one (21), regardless of whether they are with their parent(s).

GRATUITY [CLUB & KITCHEN FEE]

When you dine with us, a 20% gratuity is already factored into the cost at the club, so no additional tip is necessary. You will always see a 18% club fee and a 2% kitchen fee. The 18% goes directly to the servers and those employees who are engaged in the service of your dining experience, and the 2% goes directly to our kitchen and stewarding teams. Please note that no part of the Club or Kitchen Fee is retained by The ‘Quin House. If you feel that you want to leave more you absolutely can, but it is not required whatsoever. Our valet service is operated by partner company and gratuity is always optional, but appreciated.

TRANSACTIONS

Members and Guests who purchase food, beverage or products at the Premises shall identify themselves as a Member, or a Guest of a named Member, as the case may be, at the time of purchase. Payment may be made only by approved credit or debit cards and shall be made at the time of purchase. An automatic Club Fee and an optional Kitchen Appreciation Fee shall be added to all food and beverage service. Additional Gratuities may be paid to other service providers at The ‘Quin as Members desire. Cash or personal checks (TBC) will not be accepted as payment.

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE

Due to health and safety regulations, no food and beverage - including wine can be brought into The 'Quin House by patrons or attendees from outside sources.
