Our personal trainers are available to push you to your limits. Whether you're looking to grow as an athlete or you're just starting to get into shape, we have everything you need to help you meet your fitness goals.


PERSONAL TRAINING

Let our expert staff of fitness professionals design an exercise program individualized for your body and life. Whether you are interested in general fitness or a sport-specific program, one-on-one training sessions composed of warm-ups, resistance, cardiovascular training, and stretching techniques will assist you in reaching your fitness goals. Take the time to map out your wellness strategy and figure out what it will take to get to where you want to be.

Please note that all no-shows and cancellations and rescheduling made within 24-hours of the scheduled session, will be charged the full price of the service. Please communicate directly with your trainer to reschedule or cancel.

PRIVATE CLASS INSTRUCTION

Our incredible team of instructors each bring a unique expertise into their classes. Their collective areas of focus include; Pilates, Strength Training, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation and HIIT. Deepen your personal practice with a guided class designed especially for you. 

Inquire through the form to begin training. Small group and semi-private instruction is also available upon request.

1:1 Prices range from $135 - $165 for a 50-minute session.


Training between private sessions? We encourage all members to enjoy the Cardio, Weight Room, or Studio whenever it is convenient during the hours listed below as a benefit to your membership.
