Tantalize your palette with imaginative concoctions like homemade purees, tinctures, infused spirits like vodka infused with cherry blossoms, Kiyomi rum from Japan, and whiskey aged in solera barrels. A truly delicious meal is served in an equally sumptuous space. Large format color photographs of lavish Mexican interiors by photographer Candida Höfer hang on the clerestory above Bondo’s dusty purple walls. The true focal point of Bondo is the striking and magical Donald Lipski-designed chandelier casting the room in glimmering light that sets a dramatic scene. A Juliet Balcony also allows for impromptu musical experiences to happen while you dine.
