GENERAL
Members and Guests who purchase food, beverage or products at the Premises shall identify themselves as a Member, or a Guest of a named Member, as the case may be, at the time of purchase. Payment may be made only by approved credit or debit cards and shall be made at the time of purchase. An automatic Club Fee and an optional Kitchen Appreciation Fee shall be added to all food and beverage service. Additional Gratuities may be paid to other service providers at The ‘Quin as Members desire. Cash or personal checks (TBC) will not be accepted as payment.
ACH PAYMENTS - COMING IN LATE SUMMER/FALL 2025
The 'Quin House is updating its payment processor for ACH transactions. Moving forward, all ACH collections for membership dues will be handled by GoCardless.
Moving forward, all transactions in all restaurants, bars, guestrooms as well as fitness and wellness will be settled on the credit card of your choice through a handheld device. This update is designed to improve your experience when settling the check at The 'Quin. There will still be a credit card on the member profile of the Portal and App to offer ease of payment for ticketed Programming and Health Club related services.
