Tips for Exploring Your New Member Portal & App

Welcome to your new Member Portal & App! As you explore the features, please note the following helpful tips: 

Navigation:
Viewing by App?
After exiting this screen by tapping the icon below, located in the upper right corner...
Exit this ScreenThen, tap the menu of services:Launch NavigationLogged into the Member Portal?
You will find the menu on the left side of your screen, under the 'Q'.


The Navigation Menu includes the following links. Click to be directed to each location:

Your Account:
(click above to get there quickly) 

Access by phone...
  • Scroll to the bottom of the menu and tap on your name.
  • This will lead you to your "Accounts" page where you can find your digital membership ID card, your profile information, and more.
Access by desktop...
  • Click on your name in the lower left corner of the screen.

Confirm Existing Reservations:

In order to see your existing Dining, and Programming Reservations placed through the previous Member Portal and App, please:
  • Tap the Menu of Services (double horizontal bars, upper left corner) if you are exploring by App
  • Click on "My Schedule" in the navigation bar

If you are unable to locate a Dining reservation that you have placed, kindly email our reservationist reservations@thequin.com to support rescheduling your table. If you are unable to locate a Programming reservation that you have previously placed, please email happening@thequin.com. As a reminder, some Programming events do not require a reservation to attend - like Wednesday Night Music in The Reading Room. 


Ready for a New Password?

  • Tap the Menu of Services (double horizontal bars, upper left corner) if you are exploring by App
  • Click on "Profile" to access your personal information
  • Click on "Advanced Settings" to update your password
