Find yourself making most of your reservations during the work day from your computer? Our member portal has an all new URL https://member.fitlerclub.com.
Save this URL to your computer bookmarks and desktop for easy reservations, no matter what device you're on.

Access to the building will not change - you will still be able to use your membership card or biometrics (fingerprint scan) to access the entrance door on 24th Street. To set up biometrics, please inquire with the Member Services team on Level 0.
After downloading the Fitler Club app, head to your Account to download your Digital Membership Card (digital ID) and save it to your device's wallet for easy access.
When you arrive at the Club on Level 0 or Level 1, scan your Digital Membership Card barcode using the scanner at our Member Services desk.
Please be sure to check in by scanning your Digital Membership Card on every visit to the Club.
You have the option to enter your guest’s phone number or email address when registering a guest to join you at the Club. When using the mobile app, you’ll have the option to seamlessly “Select a Contact” from your phone contact list to autofill contact information.
Your guest will then receive either an email or text message with a link to their Guest Pass. After completing a brief form, their Guest Pass will be active and they will be able to check in when they arrive at the Club by scanning their Guest Pass barcode using the scanner at our Member Services desk.
Upon arrival, we will direct your guest to your location if you are already at the Club. If you are not present, your guest will be asked to wait in the reception area until you arrive.
